Description
We are looking for a Site Acquisition Specialist / Real Estate Agent with expertise in commercial properties to identify and secure prime locations for our expansion in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in site selection, lease negotiation, and real estate project management to support our business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential sites based on market research, demographics, and business strategy.
- Negotiate favorable lease terms and oversee the acquisition process from selection to contract finalization.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline property acquisition and store setup.
Maintain detailed records of transactions, market trends, and provide regular reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in site acquisition or commercial real estate, preferably in retail or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management tools.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
